Welcome to Prestige Janitorial Services – Houston. By accessing our website, requesting a free consultation, or booking our commercial/office cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Commercial Services

Prestige agrees to provide the commercial or office cleaning services as mutually agreed upon in writing or outlined in your specific service agreement. Services are delivered according to the customized schedule (Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, etc.) established for your facility.

2. Facility Access and Security

• Access Protocols: The client must provide our commercial cleaning crews with reliable access to the facility at the scheduled time (via keys, security badges, codes, or on-site security personnel).
• Lockouts: Prestige operates 24/7 to accommodate business hours. If our crew is locked out or denied access to the facility within 20 minutes of their arrival window, we reserve the right to bill a Lockout Fee up to 100% of that scheduled shift’s cost to account for labor allocation and dispatch expenses.

3. Cancellation & Schedule Changes

• To keep our team efficient and routing optimized across the Houston area:
• Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellations or scheduling modifications.
• Late Adjustments: Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee.

4. Commercial Billing and Payment Terms

• Invoicing: Unless otherwise noted in your specific commercial contract, payments are due upon completion of services or net-30 days for established corporate clients.
• Late Payments: Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee or standard interest rates as allowed under Texas state law.

5. Liability, Insurance, and Damage Claims

• Fully Insured & Bonded: For your peace of mind, Prestige Janitorial Services – Houston maintains comprehensive liability insurance and commercial bonding.
• Damage Reporting: Our professionals handle your facility and electronics with care. In the unlikely event of physical property damage, it must be reported to our management at service@prestigejanitorialservices.com within 24 hours of the end of the shift for insurance evaluation.
• Exclusions: Prestige is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured before our team’s arrival (e.g., loose fixtures, fragile items left unbalanced).

6. Health, Safety, and Workplace Climate

• Safe Environment: To ensure the safety of our janitorial staff, facilities must maintain working utilities (water, electricity) and reasonable climate control during service hours.
• Hazardous Materials: Our commercial crews do not clean severe biohazards, industrial chemicals, or industrial waste unless a specialized hazardous cleanup contract has been executed beforehand.

7. Governance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Collin County, Texas.
